Mneesha Ohri Nahata

Ms. Nahata joined American Tower in 2005, where she focuses on corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and compensation matters, sustainability, public disclosures and investor outreach, risk management and public affairs initiatives. Prior to American Tower, Ms. Nahata was a business law associate at Locke Lorde, working with public and private companies on equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate and securities matters. Ms. Nahata holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Tufts University. She is a frequent panelist on sustainability and governance matters. Ms. Nahata serves on the Board of the American Tower Foundation and is on the Advisory Board for the Eastern New England Chapter’s Society for Corporate Governance. In addition, she serves on the Advisory Board of the Brookline Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving excellence and innovation in public school education, the Leadership Council of the Posse Foundation, Boston, a nonprofit organization that partners with select colleges and universities to provide student scholarships and leadership training and the Technology Advisory Board of UP Education Network, a nonprofit organization focused on transforming the lowest performing schools in Massachusetts into exceptional learning environments.
