Elizabeth Hailer is the CEO at The Women's Edge. She has more than 30 years of deep hands-on experience in the professional services arena with specific expertise and success in marketing strategy and planning, marketplace positioning, business development programs and management, lead generation, and brand development and management.
Lizzie Dunklee joined The Women's Edge in 2014. She leads membership recruitment, marketing and communications for the organization, including promotion of programs, research and events in the Boston area. She is also currently a member of the Advocacy Committee for YW Boston, a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
Lizzie received her B.A. in Mathematics from University of California, Santa Cruz.
Liz Pacelle (she/her) joined the team of The Women's Edge in 2019 and is currently Manager of Programs & Marketing.Liz is skilled in communications, writing, project management, event planning, marketing and brand management, and has prior experience in various marketing areas including PR and advertising.
Also passionate about health equity, Liz is a member of the Emerging Leaders Board at Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program, which delivers the highest quality health care to some of our community’s most vulnerable—and most resilient—citizens.
A graduate of Boston College, Liz studied International Studies, Global Business, and Ancient Civilizations. In her free time, Liz enjoys ceramics, hiking and biking the Pan Mass Challenge.
Nazly De La Rosa is a 16-year marketing veteran who spent the majority of her professional career with global scientific publisher, Springer Nature. In 2019, she founded her own coaching company and using her marketing expertise was able to grow the company from an idea to a full, profitable online learning school. Naz is a podcast host, blogger and author of the book, Her Path Forward. Naz is passionate about helping ambitious women succeed in both their personal and professional lives. In her spare time, Naz volunteers with a variety of organizations and online apps that help individuals establish positive mental health habits.
