Annual award highlights women business leaders who make a significant impact on the state’s economy
“Florida’s women-led organizations are driving innovation and the economy, from travel to healthcare to construction” said TCI Florida Executive Director Jacqui Kiviat. “We are honored to celebrate the Top 100 women leaders across the state and hope it inspires others to drive for success here in our region and beyond.”
This is the seventeenth year that TCI – a nonprofit organization devoted to advancing women in leadership positions — has honored Florida leaders with Top Women awards, and this is the first year that the awards will be promoted statewide. The organization takes a holistic approach to create the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in FL list, factoring in revenue, workplace diversity, innovation, and customer benefits.
“It’s so important that we, through organizations like TCI, continue to support and recognize all women for their contributions to the workforce,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line and 2021 Top Women in Florida awardee.
TCI will be hosting a reception in June 2022 to announce the ranking and celebrate the Top 100 Women winners. TCI in collaboration with Kaufman Rossin will publish the the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in FL list and report in June 2022.
