The Commonwealth Institute’s (TCI) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the promotion of Elizabeth L. Hailer to CEO.
“In her five years as Executive Director of The Commonwealth Institute, Elizabeth has taken an established and admired non-profit to new heights. She has expanded the breath of programming, research, business partnerships, sponsorships, and geographic reach. Elizabeth is creative, focused and drives for the mission impact of accelerating the progress of women up the leadership pipeline. The board’s enthusiastic endorsement, appreciation and excitement for the future are represented in naming her our CEO”, said Pam Reeve, Chair – TCI Board of Directors.
TCI continues to focus on and provide relevant and timely content, programming and research to help advance all women leaders. “ I am honored by this recognition, and look forward to expanding TCI’s business partnerships, geographic reach, and forming more collaborative alliances to ensure we together advance the business imperative for women’s leadership, retention, and advancement”, said Hailer.
