Where were you born and raised?
I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and moved to South Florida six years ago.

What was your dream job as a kid and why?

When I was four years old I thought I wanted to be an OBGYN, primarily because that was what I always heard as a child. Clearly, I ended up choosing a different career path and am an entrepreneur

How did you get where you are today, and who/what helped you along the way?

I got to where I am today through hard work, tenacity, and unshakable faith. My mother gave me the ultimate gift: confidence and the ability to believe in myself.

What would you say is your greatest accomplishment to date?

Seeing so many lives change. I don’t just sell jewelry, I sell is confidence, self-esteem and belief.

What’s your secret for success?

Stay where you feel the love and where people will build you up rather than tear you down. When you feel good and confident you can conquer the world.

Who are the mentors that stand out to you the most?

Besides my Mother and Grandmother, I admired all Oprah has done and accomplished and Madame CJ Walker. She was a freed slave and female entrepreneur in 1905 and despite all odds was incredibly successful.

What’s one key leadership lesson you’ve learned along the way?

Treasure every minute and take nothing for granted. Keep that motivation alive in you and never get too comfortable, but enjoy what life has to offer you.

What is one thing that not many people know about you that may be surprising?

I am a great dancer and chef. One of my good friends showed me how to cook several years ago and ever since I look forward to being in the kitchen.

How do you disconnect/what do you do for fun?

I love laughing, being with my family and going to beach. There is nothing better than being by the water and taking in the natural beauty.
