TCI’s Women’s Leadership Development in Massachusetts 2018 Impact Study

The Commonwealth Institute (TCI) is launching the first statewide Women’s Leadership Development Impact Study to better understand employers’ actions to develop, retain, and advance women employees in Massachusetts, establishing a scorecard for reporting on women’s progress and movement in the leadership pipeline.

Starting in March, data for the study will be collected through an online survey distributed to targeted decision-makers at organizations throughout the state. TCI is seeking participation in the survey from companies of all sizes and stages—from startups to established corporations—across all industries and sectors. The study results will identify participating organizations by size, geographic region, annual revenue and number of employees.
