Breakfast Roundtable – Millennials in the Workplace

Yesterday, The Commonwealth Institute hosted Lauren Rikleen, a nationally recognized expert on developing a thriving, diverse and multi-generational workforce. Ms. Rikleen recently published, You Raised Us – Now Work with Us, a study of Millennials, workplace success, and strategies for improving office cohesion and employee retention.

During the roundtable, Lauren discussed how Millennial employees differ from other generations, what they want from their employers and the impact their unique traits have on workplace success.
