The Commonwealth Institute, a nonprofit organization that has been supporting women CEOs, corporate executive and nonprofit directors in building successful companies and organizations for over fifteen years announces the election of two new board members. New board members include Wendy Cebula, former Chief Operating Officer and current Management Coach at Vistaprint, and Sandra Fenwick, President and Chief Operating Officer of Children’s Hospital Boston. With the addition of these two directors, the board is now comprised of twenty four directors.
Pamela Reeve, Chair of the Board, stated, “Our Board of Directors reflects the audience we want to reach and the aspirations of The Commonwealth Institute community: women who are accomplished, who are fully engaged and engaging, and who share their leadership. We are thrilled to have these two outstanding women, leaders in two of the most important economic sectors in Massachusetts, join our board.”
Wendy Cebula joined Vistaprint in October 2000 and most recently served as chief operating officer. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing Vistaprint’s North American, European and JANZ business units as well as global capabilities, manufacturing strategy and marketing planning and integration. She currently serves as a Management Coach at Vistaprint.
Sandra Fenwick serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Children’s Hospital Boston and leads the nation’s foremost independent pediatric hospital and the world’s leading center of pediatric medical and health research.
