Congratulations! You have been selected by your organization to participate in Strategies for Success: A Leadership Development Program for High-Talent, High-Potential Managers. Please read the information below and complete this survey as soon as possible.

The information you provide will give us a better understanding of how we can best empower you through this program and match you with the appropriate mentor.  Each Strategies for Success participant is matched with a personal mentor, a current or former successful businesswoman, whom you will meet with throughout the program for guidance and advice, as you work towards your goals. Your open, candid responses will help facilitate the mentor experience.

Confidentiality: The information shared here will not be shared with other program participants or your company/manager (with the exception of your bio/headshot, which will be shared with your cohort in the participant directory). We ask for your supervisor’s contact to survey them for suggested development areas and to share information about the Strategies for Success program.
