Teresa Rogell serves as SVP, Employee Benefits Consultant with HUB International Florida. In her role, Teresa partners with organizations to align their human capital goals and business objectives to execute their employee benefit’s vision.  Teresa is a creative problem solver and leverages data and analytics to help her clients achieve long-term outcomes with their talent and financial resources.

Earlier in her career, Teresa spent over 10 years in regional banking; predominately in Treasury Services before transitioning to Human Capital Management Consulting.

Teresa holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Cornerstone University.
