Mim Minichiello serves as Chief Performance and Talent Officer at HUB International New England, where she leads HUB International’s human capital performance efforts which are intended to allow each employee to achieve the excellence they aspire to. In addition, Mim oversees HUB’s innovative Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) approach in the East region, focusing on designing and delivering meaningful regional DE&I initiatives for employees and clients alike. With over 25 years of experience, Mim provides leadership and implementation of employee benefit initiatives across the New England Region, building and expanding the HUB New England’s offerings as the top employee benefits solution provider.
