Lindse Murphy

Lindse Murphy is a visionary leader and community builder based in Orlando, Florida, with a wealth of experience in leadership, behavioral health and innovation. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, she has dedicated over twenty years to the healthcare industry, leading over 200 employees and successfully launching multi-state programs, generating revenues exceeding $1 million.

Lindse is also a dedicated community member and volunteer and has held several board positions. She currently serves as an advisor for Global Women of Impact, is on the Board of Directors for Man-UP Mentoring and is an active member of Women on the Rise International.

In the past three years, Lindse has emerged as a prominent figure in Central Florida’s Technology and Innovation sector. Her versatility and commitment to fostering growth have been instrumental in building strategic partnerships across ecosystems. Passionate about empowering women-led businesses, Lindse co-chairs the Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship Chapter in Orlando, one of the most active and engaged chapters in Florida.

Renowned for her expertise in Mental Health & Well-Being, Leadership Development, Emerging Technology, and Network Building, Lindse is a sought-after public speaker. She has been invited to speak for esteemed organizations such as NASA, Dell Women’s Network, ESPN Radio, University of Central Florida, and Women in Architecture.

Previously, Lindse served as the Chief Relationship Officer for the City of Altamonte Springs, where she led strategic partnerships and played a pivotal role in launching the Altamonte Global Innovation Lab.

In addition, Lindse recently became an entrepreneur as she and her husband opened a small business for vintage fashion selling online and through a mobile boutique. Her experiences, connections and passions have set the stage for leading the Women’s Edge to new heights across the state of Florida.
