Lindsey Leadership Consulting

Ann Lindsey is an experienced organizational effectiveness consultant, certified mentor, executive coach and leader of CEO forums. In her capacity as a consultant, she specializes in leadership development, executive team facilitation, executive coaching, and team development.

Working in private and public sector organizations, Ann has consulted with a large range of businesses including The MITRE Corporation, General Motors, Quantum Chemical, Malden Mills Industries, CBS, Taylor Investments, EMC2, NASA Space Center, as well as numerous smaller companies and family owned businesses.

In conjunction with her consulting practice, Ann was a Professor of Management in the Simmons School of Management MBA program and taught in the University of Hartford’s doctoral program in psychology. A gifted, passionate teacher and lecturer, she has helped a great many managers understand and be effective in difficult organizational environments.

A current member of The Boston Club, Ann has strong research interests in women in leadership. She leads both CEO and Nonprofit forums for Executive Directors and CEO’s for The Commonwealth Institute. Ann has developed comprehensive leadership and management programs for women at Simmons, General Motors, and Quantum Chemical Corporation.

Pamela Reeve

Chair, The WOMEN’S EDGE

Pamela Reeve is Chair of The Women’s Edge, working with women CEOs, entrepreneurs and business leaders to help them grow their businesses and their careers. She is the former CEO of Lightbridge, Inc. a company she headed from start up in 1989, took public in 1996, and ran for 15 years. Prior to joining Lightbridge, Reeve spent eleven years at the Boston Consulting Group, one of the world’s leading management consulting firms. Her prior experience includes National Project Manager for a program funded by National Endowment for the Humanities, and real estate finance and development.

Lisa Luby

Lisa is an ICF-accredited executive coach specializing in career, leadership, and talent management. With a strong background in client and employee relations, she uses a variety of assessment tools and practical coaching techniques to help individuals from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups achieve their professional goals. Known for her ability to tailor coaching to each client’s unique strengths and opportunities, Lisa supports leaders in enhancing their self-awareness, leadership effectiveness, and strategic focus. She has coached executives across industries, including healthcare, finance, technology, and consumer products. Lisa holds a Master’s in Psychology from George Washington University and is certified in Hogan and Birkman assessments.

Prior to joining Biogen, Ms. Kramer served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Hertz Global Holdings from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, she was an audit partner at Deloitte & Touche from 2007 to 2014, including serving in Deloitte’s National Office Accounting Standards and Communications Group for several years. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kramer served as Chief Accounting Officer of Fisher Scientific International and as Director, External Reporting, Accounting and Control for the Gillette Company. Ms. Kramer also held partner positions in the public accounting firms of Ernst & Young LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.
