Job Description: Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

Florida Chapter

 

Position Summary

The Women’s Edge (TWE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership. Through research, programs, and community engagement, we help drive systemic change for women across Florida and beyond. We are a bold, dynamic team working to elevate women leaders and cultivate inclusive business ecosystems. We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic team member to support our Executive Director and help amplify our statewide impact.

 

Job Details

   Position: Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

   Location: Remote (Florida-Based Preferred)

   Employment Type: Part-Time – 20 Hours per Week (Opportunity to Move to Full-Time)

   Reports To: Executive Director, The Women’s Edge – Florida

 

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Independently manage spreadsheets in Excel, including formulas, budgets, and monthly financial summary reports
  • Coordinate executive calendar and manage scheduling via Outlook
  • Draft, curate, and manage templated emails for outreach and engagement
  • Set up Zoom meetings and provide backend tech support during live sessions
  • Monitor shared inboxes, respond to inquiries, and serve as a point of contact
  • Create, manage, and send invoices using Stripe

Marketing & Communications

  • Schedule marketing emails using Constant Contact templates
  • Manage social media calendars and post across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

Business Development & Outreach

  • Create and manage registration docs and prospecting lists
  • Draft communication pieces, partnership emails, and sponsor letters

 

Qualifications & Skills

Administrative & Tech Skills

  • Proficiency in: Excel, Outlook, Zoom, Canva, Constant Contact, Stripe, WordPress (a plus), and CRM tools (or similar platforms)
  • Experience with list-building, data tracking, and creating summary reports
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Communication & Marketing Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Copywriting and email marketing experience
  • Ability to create visually compelling marketing materials
  • Creating and managing content across all marketing channels

    This is a part-time, remote position requiring availability during standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend availability for events or program delivery. Must be located in or have a strong familiarity with Florida.
