The Women’s Edge, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering all women in leadership positions, proudly announces the appointment of Lindse Murphy as Executive Director, Florida.

Lindse Murphy brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and community building to The Women’s Edge. Based in Orlando, Florida, Lindse is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her expertise in mental health, well-being, leadership development, and emerging technology has made her a sought-after public speaker and a prominent figure in Central Florida’s technology and innovation sector.

Lindse’s extensive community involvement includes serving as an advisor for Global Women of Impact, a board member for Man-UP Mentoring, and an active participant in Women on the Rise International. She also co-chairs the Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship Chapter in Orlando, one of the most active and engaged chapters in Florida, demonstrating her passion for empowering women-led businesses.

Previously, Lindse served as the Chief Relationship Officer for the City of Altamonte Springs, where she played a pivotal role in launching the Altamonte Global Innovation Lab. Her strategic leadership and ability to forge meaningful partnerships have been instrumental in her success, and she looks forward to bringing this expertise to The Women’s Edge.
