The Women’s Edge Board Chair, Pamela D.A. Reeve, Named 2023 New Englander of the Year

Congratulations to our Board Chair, Pamela Reeve, on being named a 2023 New Englander of the Year by the New England Council!

The New England Council’s 2023 Annual Celebration will be held on the evening of Thursday, October 26, 2023. Traditionally held each fall in Boston, the Annual Celebration brings together hundreds of business, non-profit, and academic leaders from throughout New England to celebrate the Council’s accomplishments, and to present the New Englander of the Year Award.

This year’s honorees are Dr. Jim O’Connell, MD, Pamela D.A. Reeve, and The Honorable Martin J. Walsh.

First presented nearly 60 years ago, the award honors residents or natives of the New England states for their commitment and contributions in their fields of work, as well as their leadership and impact on the New England region’s quality of life and economy. Over the years, the Council has honored leaders from both the public and private sectors, including U.S. Senators and Representatives, Governors, cabinet secretaries, college presidents, non-profit executives, and CEOs of some of the region’s most respected and successful businesses.
