Ann Lindsey

Lindsey Leadership Consulting

Ann Lindsey is an experienced organizational effectiveness consultant, certified mentor, executive coach and leader of CEO forums. In her capacity as a consultant, she specializes in leadership development, executive team facilitation, executive coaching, and team development.

Working in private and public sector organizations, Ann has consulted with a large range of businesses including The MITRE Corporation, General Motors, Quantum Chemical, Malden Mills Industries, CBS, Taylor Investments, EMC2, NASA Space Center, as well as numerous smaller companies and family owned businesses.

In conjunction with her consulting practice, Ann was a Professor of Management in the Simmons School of Management MBA program and taught in the University of Hartford’s doctoral program in psychology. A gifted, passionate teacher and lecturer, she has helped a great many managers understand and be effective in difficult organizational environments.

A current member of The Boston Club, Ann has strong research interests in women in leadership. She leads both CEO and Nonprofit forums for Executive Directors and CEO’s for The Commonwealth Institute. Ann has developed comprehensive leadership and management programs for women at Simmons, General Motors, and Quantum Chemical Corporation.

Pamela Reeve

Chair, The WOMEN'S EDGE

Pamela Reeve is Chair of The Women's Edge, working with women CEOs, entrepreneurs and business leaders to help them grow their businesses and their careers. She is the former CEO of Lightbridge, Inc. a company she headed from start up in 1989, took public in 1996, and ran for 15 years. Prior to joining Lightbridge, Reeve spent eleven years at the Boston Consulting Group, one of the world’s leading management consulting firms. Her prior experience includes National Project Manager for a program funded by National Endowment for the Humanities, and real estate finance and development.

Laura Berger

Laura Berger, PCC, CEBC coaches exceptional leaders. She is a columnist at the Forbes Coaches Council, Psychology Today, Huffington Post, and bestselling author while serving as Trustee at the Committee for Economic Development and The Conference Board.

Laura is a certified executive coach and founder of Berdéo Group. She utilizes evidence-based techniques such as neuroscience, emotional intelligence (EQ-i), and high-touch, informative behavioral interviews to provide insight into clients' strengths and opportunities.

Her coaching style collaboratively accompanies clients to realize those priceless, invisible truths that lie in plain sight every day. From there, she and her clients work through practical methods to cope with, remove and often transform those barriers into invaluable opportunities. She proves the tangible success of all her coaching engagements by actively measuring and reporting value and coaching ROI (C-ROI). A qualified practitioner of emotional intelligence and conversational intelligence, she has spent 20+ years counseling leaders at enterprises such as WMware, Lyft, The Walt Disney World Company, NBC Universal, Quarles & Brady, Fox Rothchild LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Volvo, Smurfit Kappa, Leo Burnett Worldwide, American Hospital Association, ChenMed, US Med, JenCare, Anthem,JP Morgan Chase, New York Life, Brown & Brown, University of Louisiana Systems, NCCI Holdings Inc, Publicis Group, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Her twenty-year journey in executive coaching made clear she would expand her organic calling—to enable, improve, and empower leaders toward their best actions—into the arena of government and public policy. In October 2020, Laura Berger became a Trustee at the Committee for Economic Development and The Conference Board. This membership puts Laura on the frontlines of breaking public policy decisions, bringing a corporate perspective to policy recommendations delivered to Washington. What's more, she is privy to a unique and rare understanding of economic policy that enables her Client leaders' solid thinking and better aligns them on the global stage.

Heather Siskind

Heather Siskind, an Associate Certified Life Coach and International Coaching Federation member, has a passion for building the strengths of entry-level to executive coaching clients. Ms. Siskind has worked within several organizations throughout her professional career including Miami-Dade College, YWCA South Florida, United Way of Miami-Dade, and Baptist Health South Florida. In addition, she has served on numerous community initiatives including the Nonprofit Executive Alliance of Broward, Educational Leadership Institute, Truist Advisory Board, Florida Association for the Education of Young Children, and The Children’s Movement of Florida. Ms. Siskind has been recognized as one of Florida’s Top Women-Led Businesses and as a Leadership Exchange Leader. When Ms. Siskind is not coaching other professionals, she is the Jack and Jill Center CEO.
